Our Founder — Dr. David Ogbueli
Dr. David Ogbueli is the founder and presiding pastor of Dominion City (The New Covenant Family), and the visionary behind a movement that now spans five continents. A pastor, author, leadership trainer and transformation advocate, he has given his life to raising people and nations into their God-given potential.
In 1996 he established what would become Dominion City, beginning from a modest gathering and growing into 2,000+ chapters worldwide across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Americas and beyond.
