You were created on purpose
Maybe you're exploring faith for the first time. Maybe you've walked with God for years and you're looking for a family to grow with. Either way, you're welcome here exactly as you are.
Dominion City began as a hunger for God, not as an institution. What started in the early 1990s as a small campus gathering — The New Covenant Family, born out of the faith of a university student named David Ogbueli — became a church in 1996.
From that modest beginning, God grew a movement. Today we're a global family of 2,000+ chapters gathering across five continents. What started small has become worldwide — and our heart hasn't changed: the good news of Jesus, and lives transformed.

Our Leadership
Dr. David Ogbueli
Founder & Senior Pastor, Dominion City International
Dr. David Ogbueli is the founder of the New Covenant Family Ministries and the Senior Pastor of Dominion City, International. He is also the President of the Dominion Leadership Institute, and a Senior Facilitator in the Institute of National Transformation.
Dr. David Ogbueli is a minister of the Gospel, and an icon of transformational leadership. His passion for Personal Transformation and National Transformation has produced various initiatives and ministries causing a stir among youth, governments, corporate institutions, the media and other stakeholders both in Africa and globally.
He is a Management and Government Consultant who speaks nationally and internationally in organizations, government houses, embassies and churches. He is a widely read author and a social reformer. Dr. David Ogbueli is married to Pastor Sarah Ogbueli and they have four children.
